SUGGESTIONS FOR CHEFS
when using
ECONOMICAL -TIME SAVING
CRUNCHY DIP

HEAT DEEP FAT FRYER TO 350F. Do not change thermostat - all foods are to be fried at the SAME temperature.

PLACE ample supply of CRUNCHY DIP in DEEP bowl. Dip food in water and place in Crunchy Dip. Shake  until  thoroughly breaded.

SAVE ALL UNUSED CRUNCHY DIP - DO NOT THROW AWAY wet or lumpy Crunchy Dip or anything left in bowl at the end of day - simply DRY, SIFT and REUSE.

BREAD ALL FOODS IN THE SAME BOWL and FRY ALL FOODS IN THE SAME DEEP FAT FRYER AT THE SAME TIME. If properly breaded and placed in the deep fat fryer at 350F. there is NO TRANSFER of FLAVOR OR ODOR at the time of breading or cooking.

TIME - SAVING - Requires less than normal time cooking. All food will be well-done in the time shown on chart but if left in fryer longer will not over-cook.

DO NOT WASTE food which becomes cold before using - to reheat foods not served immediately, drop in fryer 1 to 2 minutes.

CRUNCHY DIP contains no bread or cracker crumbs and will not flake off to carbonize and break down fat - USE SAME FRYER ALL DAY WITHOUT ADDING OR CHANGING THE FAT. Foods WILL NOT ABSORB FAT so there is no need to add fat during the day.

Suggest DOUBLE DIPPING Seafood and all Vegetables and Onion Rings for best results. After first breading, simply re-dip in water and re-bread. Other products may be handled the same way depending on customer preferences for heavy or light breading.

ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS: For a BATTER MIX - combine Breader Mix with water desired consistency.  An IDEAL FILLER for meat loaf.  Use Breader Mix to make a RICHER GRAVY.

BARNARD'S CRUNCHY DIP is the result of years of testing and research to find
