UniNet Corporation Food Group,  Parent Corporation of Gordon Food Products announced that they have merged with Iowa Donut Supply Company effective December 1, 2004.

Gordon Food Products is adding a New 7,500 sq. foot addition to our current facility to  accommodate and allow for future expansion of our companies. This New addition is targeted for completion by November 30th. 2004, all employees that have made the Iowa Donut Supply Co. respected and successful in the donut supply industry will remain with the company. We Welcome Harry - Paula & Rick and look forward to assisting them in the growth and expansion of the Donut Supply business.

All of the Iowa Donut Supply Company's phone and fax numbers will remain the same. All of us at the Donut Supply Company and Gordon Food Products  are committed to provide all customers the same level of Service and High Quality products that they expect, depend and rely on.
